Bentley launches Bentayga Plug-in Hybrid

With the promise of electrifying all its models by 2023, Bentley plans to launch its first electric car in 2025. The new Bentayga Plug-in Hybrid features a 3.0 liter V6 turbo petrol engine with 449 hp and 700 Nm of torque , combined with an electric motor.
Allows you to run 50 km in fully electric mode for a total of 862 km of combined range. Its 17.3 kWh lithium battery consists of 168 individual cells, with a life span of 160,000 km.
A full charge takes about two and a half hours. The battery powers the compact electric motor that is housed within the transmission between the combustion engine and the gearbox, providing instant torque.
The navigation system with predictive data Bentley Hybrid Efficiency Navigation, helps drivers achieve the best efficiency through feedback via the accelerator pedal. It also has an infotainment system with a 10.9 inch screen, increased connectivity and Apple Carplay wireless connection along with Android Auto.
Most tours can be done on electricity alone, providing zero emissions, more environmental benefits and sustainability. Among the main internal changes are the new finishes on the doors and steering wheel, in addition to the central panel that has been completely redesigned.
