We all know physical activity is one of the best ways to a longer, less stressful life, but not all of us have got enough time to dedicate to exercises. In many cases we do nothing more than getting up for a coffee or walking to the car park.

It was by paying attention to employees who are used to do some exercise that employers realized the healthier the person, the more productive he/she is and, consequently, the less they need miss a few hours at work to visit the doctor. That was when people started bringing the stretch-break to the work place.

The idea represents a group of body movements which are done in just a few minutes while observing the professional in front of you and are famous for relieving stress and preventing some kinds of health problems, especially for those who work in front of computers or dealing with machinery during most part of the day.

The exercises routine is created according to the necessities of each company and also according to the characteristics of the work that needs to be done by every employee, with focus on muscles that need to be relaxed and stimulated, besides the physical benefits which contribute to a better professional relationship among members of the same team.
