Brazil, the country with a sense a humor

If there's one thing Brazilians have, it's a sense of humor. He may be in a pit, full of problems, but he's enjoying his pain. Make fun of the misfortunes, account for all your problems on social networks, crazy! The biggest proof of this is that the profiles of “memes” and the like are growing a lot, with sponsored content and a multitude of famous supporters and followers.
You may have already noticed that some influencers (from areas like health, fitness, fashion, behavior) have started to post videos and photos where they reproduce memes and dances from the fashion apps, using husband, wife, children and everyone around them. After that initial shock, there is a moment of strangeness and reflection: even in the monetized activities of influencers (especially women) we are faced with the acid mood of people looking for verification, likes, sharing.
But to what extent are negative actions and self-humiliation positive in our daily lives? It became routine to watch videos of misfortunes, fights, incorrect postures in various aspects, as something normal, banal, commonplace. And this energy vibrates strongly, after all, people's wrong attitudes end up becoming fun. We find ourselves thinking it's weird for people to return something you've lost, meeting delivery deadlines, meeting and meeting times. Attitudes that should be people's general posture, and not something rare!
There's the good part: you start to feel normal when you run into the famous couples you worship posting memes about those boring aspects of everyday life at home. Coaches who also procrastinate their tasks, fitness idols who step up to the plate with diet and training. There is normalcy in online life.
The bad part is believing that you need to normalize problems. Sometimes we get worried about the problems that some virtual friends post daily and we expect them to bring us information and resolutions for these cases! Isn't that crazy? And doesn't it become a topic in offline life? Suddenly you're talking about problems that someone posted on the networks as you talk about the soap opera with your girlfriend.
I believe it is more a reflection of pandemic life. After all, it takes a lot of joy (and distraction) to get through these complicated days that we live. It is only necessary to pay attention to the exaggeration, the excess, the lack of sensitivity to other people's problems, because not all people are adept at this funny mood that throws problems up like confetti. Don't forget that sharing controversial memes and content can turn you away from friends and followers (such as colleagues and professional collaborators) due to your positioning and lack of sensitivity. The reflection remains.
